Using shaving soap is an ancient ritual. Give yourself a moment to relax before starting the process. Once you have your cold process soap, your shaving brush and your shaving bowl, first moisten the bristles of the shaving brush with warm or hot water. Squeeze out the water and start working in circular motions on the soap. Use the shaving brush to create a lather. All that's left to do is apply the resulting substance to your beard.
At the end of the first step, pour a few drops of conditioning oil into the palm of your hand and warm it between your hands. Apply the nourishing substance to the trimmed beard, from top to bottom. Insist on the tips, then massage it in. Use before or after shaving, or simply to maintain your beard for a long time.
